Enjoy an old school Texas Style Barbecue meal and your 3.5 hour train ride! This mouth watering meal will be catered by Bud’s BBQ, from Ogema! The smoker will be rolling right near the 1922 elevator in Horizon, for an authentic barbecue experience. There will be plenty to choose from, including AAA Canadian Brisket, Smoked Chicken, Creamy Coleslaw, Caesar Salad, Smoked BBQ Beans, and Bacon and Dill Potato Salad! There will also be Bud’s Honey Glazed Donuts and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages to choose from.
